HAUNTED MANSION POP-UP AT STIRR

Turning underutilized space into a high-performing seasonal destination.

To activate an underused private dining space, I developed and executed STIRR Dallas’ immersive, month-long Haunted Mansion pop-up.

The campaign included themed food and beverage offerings, experiential décor, influencer partnerships, VIP events, public programming, and regional media outreach to generate sustained excitement throughout October.

The activation earned press coverage across DFW media outlets while generating approximately $40,000 in incremental revenue from a space that otherwise would have remained largely unused—demonstrating how creative experiences can simultaneously strengthen a brand and drive measurable financial results.
